As a high school student thinking about college, choosing where to go can be overwhelming. That’s why University of Detroit Mercy would like to help you make the best choice to prepare you for the future you desire. We encourage you to visit campus to experience what life at Detroit Mercy is all about! Make a day out of it and experience everything Detroit has to offer.

Begin your visit in the Office of Admissions with a student-led walking tour of campus followed by a small group information session. Visits are available throughout the summer on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and typically last 2 hours. Discover Detroit Mercy by registering today!

    Titan for a Day: February 1 - March 1

    Traditional visits are always a wonderful means of introduction, but we’re ready to get personal and show you how we can meet your needs at our institution. Experience academic life at Detroit Mercy from an insider's point of view! 

    The individualized experience includes: 

    • Shadowing classes with a current student in your intended major
    • A customized campus tour specific to your academic and recreational interests
    • The option to learn more about any specific aspect(s) of the campus

    Visit Day: Saturday, February 3 • 9 a.m.

    Visit Day is an all-inclusive way to experience Detroit Mercy! You’ll explore our academic programs, meet faculty and students, hear about campus essentials from the hot topics panel, and take a walking tour of our beautiful campus. Enjoy fun-filled homecoming festivities while you’re on campus!

    Engineer Your Future: Thursday, February 8 • 6 p.m.

    Join University of Detroit Mercy and Ford Motor Company for an evening with industry leaders, University faculty, students and alumni.  You’ll learn about the many academic and career opportunities in the field of engineering as well as how Detroit Mercy can prepare you to be an innovative and highly sought after engineering professional.

    Mark your calendar for Accepted Students Day – a celebration of your acceptance to University of Detroit Mercy. Accepted Students Day is an exclusive event where you’ll discover what makes Detroit Mercy unique. The day is full of activities starting with a Morning Mixer and ending with amazing giveaways at the President’s Reception. You’ll meet new classmates, attend insider info sessions, and get a better feel for life at Detroit Mercy before making your final college decision.
